Winnie Tan

Winnie is currently the Team Lead for P&C Client Underwriting in Swiss Re Asia. She has 20 years of experience in various roles in Singapore and New York in Underwriting, Client Management and Risk Management with the Reinsurance industry.

Winnie joined the Executive Committee of Women in Reinsurance (WiRE) in 2025. As the incoming Convenor of WiRE, she is committed to drive WiRE's continual success and goal of supporting and elevating women in Reinsurance.
