SRA Coastal Conservation Day - 2026

SRA Coastal Conservation CSR Initiative 2026 | πŸŒŠ Making a Difference, One Shore at a Time

On 4 September 2026, we were delighted to bring together 50 participants from our member companies for an impactful morning of Coastal Conservation at East Coast Park, Area H.

Working together across more than 500 meters of coastline, our participants demonstrated the power of collective effort to protect and preserve our shores. Beyond the clean-up, the session also provided an opportunity to learn more about the importance of protecting our marine environment and the role each of us can play in keeping our coastlines clean and sustainable.

πŸ’ͺ Together, we made tangible impacts:

πŸ—‘οΈ 113 bags of trash collected
βš–οΈ 384.8 kg of waste removed
πŸ“ 500+ metres of coastline covered

Among the items collected were:

πŸ₯€ 1,982 plastic containers
πŸ₯› 540 straws
🚬 17 cigarette-related items
🍾 34 glass items
πŸ”© 31 metal items
πŸ‘Ÿ 55 pieces of footwear
πŸ’» 6 e-waste items

Every piece collected represents a small step towards cleaner shores and a healthier marine environment. More importantly, the initiative reminded us that meaningful environmental impact starts with collective action.

The morning concluded with a well-deserved networking lunch at McDonald’s Marine Cove, where participants had the opportunity to unwind, connect, and share their experiences. πŸ”πŸŒŠ
