Job Scope
To support the day-to-day operations of the Association in the following areas:
- Secretariat functions, including membership administration; organising General, Committee, Sub-Committee meetings; etc
- Office management, including liaising with landlord, vendors, outsourced service providers, etc
- Activities and Events management, including supporting organising teams; liaising with event venue, PCOs; conducting post-event evaluation; etc
- Communications & Social Media management
- Ad-hoc Project management
