Job Scope

To support the day-to-day operations of the Association in the following areas: 

  • Secretariat functions, including membership administration; organising General, Committee, Sub-Committee meetings; etc
  • Office management, including liaising with landlord, vendors, outsourced service providers, etc
  • Activities and Events management, including supporting organising teams; liaising with event venue, PCOs; conducting post-event evaluation; etc
  • Communications & Social Media management
  • Ad-hoc Project management
