Ms Cindy Foo

Cindy Foo currently holds the position of Head of Underwriting, Branch Manager of Berkley Re Asia. She is responsible for the underwriting function of Berkley Re’s Asian operations.

Cindy moved to her current role with Berkley Re in 2016 after working for Asia Capital Reinsurance Group for 8 years, with her last held position being their Group Chief Underwriting Officer. Prior to this, Cindy has worked for Swiss Re and Munich Re at their Singapore and Kuala Lumpur offices. Cindy has held a number of different roles and has experience managing underwriting teams for property and casualty reinsurance. Cindy is a Chartered Insurer and has been profiled by Intelligent Insurer, for two years running, 2015-2016, as one of the Influential Women in Re/Insurance.
