Ms Aisyah Fuad

Aisyah Fuad is Market Head SEAS since 1 January 2025. She leads the P&C business for 9 markets across South-East Asia and South Asia with a focus on origination, client management and treaty underwriting. She joined Swiss Re in August 2011 in their Graduates program and since then, had various roles in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore across client management, treaty underwriting and non-traditional reinsurance structuring. In 2018, she moved to the risk management function as Operational Risk lead for Asia before moving back to the lead the business in several markets in SEA and South Asia in 2020.

Aisyah has been an active member of Women in Reinsurance (WiRE) since 2019, starting first as a deputy member before becoming a full member of the Executive Committee shortly after. She believes in equitable opportunity for all for a diverse and vibrant Reinsurance industry. She looks forward to continuing WiRE's work having taken the role of Convenor of WiRE since 11 June 2021.
