Dan Bryan was appointed Head of Asia, Reinsurance for AXA XL in 2023 having joined the company as Head of Treaty Underwriting, Asia in 2021.

Dan has over 15 years of experience in the reinsurance industry and began his career in London with Guy Carpenter’s Asia Pacific Department.  He moved to Singapore with Guy Carpenter in 2009 and held various broking and analytical roles as Senior Vice President including Property Catastrophe Specialty Leader. Prior to joining AXA XL, Dan was the Head of Property for Asia at Aspen Re.

Dan holds a BSc Honours Degree in Economics from University of Southampton
