Mr Kenneth Lim

Kenneth Lim was appointed Interim Branch Manager of AXA XL Re (Singapore) in May 2025 after been with the company since 2006.

Kenneth began his career in 2000 at AXA Insurance Singapore before moving to MSIG Holdings in 2002 as an Actuarial Executive. He transitioned into reinsurance in 2006, joining AXA XL Re as a Pricing Actuary. In 2013, he shifted his focus to underwriting and was promoted to Senior Underwriter in 2019. In addition to his underwriting role, Kenneth served as a director of AXA XL Shanghai office from 2017 to 2024. His reinsurance expertise primarily covers North Asia, along with regional treaties.
