Surbhi Goel was appointed MD, Head of Property & Casualty (P&C), South East Asia at Munich Re with effect from 1 July 2022.
Prior to joining Munich Re Singapore in April 2022, Surbhi was Group Head, Reinsurance, Commercial P&C Underwriting at India’s HDFC Ergo, a Munich Re joint venture entity. Surbhi brings with her over 20 years of experience in reinsurance, business development, structuring and procurement, broking relationship management and underwriting of P&C lines of business.
Surbhi holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Insurance & Risk Management from New Delhi’s Birla Institute of Management Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Honours) from Miranda House College, University of Delhi.
